Nothing like an invigorating walk on the beach to wake you up – that and a right turn!

I'm in Southend-on-Sea right now, filming Rise of the Foot Soldiers: Origins. We are on the coast recreating the club scene in Southend and the surrounding Essex area in the late 1980's and early 1990's. It certainly wasn't a place for the faint of heart, especially if you were in any way connected with the 'Essex Boys' '.

Rise of the Foot Soldiers is a movie series based on that story, and this movie is about how it all started. I play Bernard O'Mahoney, Tony Tucker's partner, played by Terry Stone.

Bernard can handle this himself, but so can the other boys, so they keep me on my toes. It's serious stuff, but we laugh it off at the end of the day.

Rise of the Foot Soldiers: Origins is coming out next year and it's great to be doing a movie again in the UK, at least I'm watching football at regular times!

Of course, nothing is easy and another lockdown will mean changes for us on set as well. Much of the work will be moved in a month, but we'll get there. Stay safe and luckily the top-notch sport continues, so listen to Uncle Vinnie if you're craving a winner. I hope you are at Usyk to beat Delboy Chisora on points.

It was a good fight under the circumstances. Due to Covid most of the top fighters are just leaving to play after long delays; they have to keep fighting, even if it's behind closed doors. Usyk hasn't fought for over a year or so, so he's going to get better and he's going to need it for Joshua, Fury, and Wilder.

Speaking of heavyweight clashes, it's Man City v Liverpool on Super Sunday, and I'm aiming for a home win here.

None of us are flying right now. They've dominated the past two seasons, but they've either fallen or the chasing group is improving. I'm not entirely sure but Liverpool have certainly had more injury problems and for that reason I'm taking Pep instead of Klopp in what could be a dismal affair. I just have a hunch. . .

Leeds can get back on track by taking advantage of a trip to Selhurst Park on Saturday. They were well beaten in the end by Leicester on Monday, but given the chance it could have been different.

On any other day, Patrick Bamford would have scored a brace, and he could do so this weekend against one of his former clubs. He didn't have the happiest time with the Eagles for a short time there as a young player, so he might have something to prove, and the best way is by scoring!

Chelsea look defeated by Sheffield United. Nothing seems to be going well for Chris Wilder, but the Blades have played well against Liverpool recently, so Frank won't take things for granted. However, his defense looks solid now with Thiago Silva resolved and Ziyech here, there and everywhere. He could be the best Blues signing.

The week starts with a busy Friday night on the South Shore. Southampton and Brighton are in action with home games; I'll go with the Seagulls to fly against a struggling Burnley, but the Saints can be held back by Newcastle. What a victory for the Geordies against Everton at the weekend.

Carlo Ancelotti was not a happy man at St James' Park, nor was Jordan Pickford, I imagine after he was let go. But Carlo said he would be back against United and eyes will be on him. He's a great goalkeeper, but United are still a tough game. They showed against Leipzig last week what they can do. I'm with the Reds here.

Jose was happy after Bale-d was knocked out against Brighton and Spurs are certainly flying high in the league. They are due to beat West Brom on the road on Sunday, but there's something about Slaven Bilic that I like. He's a real coach with his heart on his sleeve and he can take on Jose and get the result.

SPEAKING of getting a result, we're back in golf this week. We're a week away from the Masters and the world of golf: the pros, not the stay-at-home amateurs (arrrrggghhhhh!), are getting excited. Who will Tiger give the green jacket to this year if not himself?

That's for next week, but this week it's the Cyprus showdown at Aphrodite Hills near Paphos. It's a different format, with all 32 players going through the even level on Saturday and the top 16 doing it again on Sunday, again outside the categories. Golfers getting ready for a great Sunday? Interesting.

Take Vinnie's three Cyprus and Houston Open starts. By the way, it's good to see Dustin Johnson and Brooks Koepka play for Texas, and my spies tell me that Brooks has been breaking down in the gym. I think it'll be good to deal with those five pairs in Memorial Park, all five of them!

Good luck to everyone. Stay safe and active. We may not be able to do normal things, but walking doesn't cost anything. Pack your bags and get some fresh air, and if you want some inspiration and a few laughs, keep in touch with my friend Mark Crossley on Twitter. As @bignorms will tell you #walkingsbrilliant!

Greetings to the people.
