FIFA announces finalists for the best awards in the world: goal by Neymar, Alisson and Arrascaeta.

FIFA announced the finalists for the award of the best in the world with three representatives of Brazilian football. PSG striker Neymar is on the list of the best, with 11 players selected. Liverpool's Alisson is among the six candidates to vote in the goalkeeper category. And the bicycle goal scored by the Uruguayan Arrascaeta, from Flamengo, in Ceará, for the Brasileirão 2019, competes for the Puskás Prize with 10 others.
