Barnsley finally ended their winning streak and ended a run of three draws by beating Queens Park Rangers (3-0) on Tuesday, now hosting Watford in hopes of improving their performance and securing points at Oakwell once again. . It's been tough scoring against them on this pitch and now they're hoping to look like a tough nut to crack.

Tykes has seen just one defeat in five competitive matches here so far, keeping a clean sheet three of those five times. You see the top six slip away and now they are desperate to close the gap after gaining just seven points from eight games. However, they've held out against Bristol (2-2), Stoke (2-2) and Millwall (1-1) from mid-October onwards and will be wanting more of the same.

Watford were equally unpredictable and this was especially obvious on the road. They come into the game just days after being held back by Wycombe Wanderers (1-1) but still have a four-match unbeaten run behind them. They weren't impressive in the final third on the road and that could be more of a concern ahead of the trip to Oakwell despite strong head-to-head records.
